- Prices -

- All prices are in Euro.
- Payment through P ay Pa l or Ko - Fi , through EU IBAN (for EU citizens only) and equivalent in ETB through Tele bi rr (for ETH only)
- These are base prices - there can be extra costs depending on what you want.
- If you have any questions regarding the price, please ask before payment.
- Commission will only start after payment has been received. The payment includes one adjustment after sketch was sent and one minor adjustment after progress picture was sent. Commission Policy

- Content -

- I draw humans, animals or anthros (Furries) and mature themes in anime/manga style, chibi/cartoon style and semi-realistic.
- I draw fanart from existing canons/series/movies.
- To use another person's character, you will need their authorization.
- I'm not good with hyperrealism, mecha, robots, cars, landscapes and similar. I may still draw them if you want, with the caveat it might not be good quality.
- I will not draw non-consensual themes, or underage characters in mature situations. There might be other themes, ask if unsure.
- I will not draw pregnancy involving explicit themes.I reserve the right to refuse a commission.

- Payment -

- All prices are in Euro.

- Receipts available upon request.
- These are base prices - there can be extra costs depending on what you want.
- If you have any questions regarding the price, please ask before payment.
- All prices are final. If you wish to make the work more affordable, quality and/or detail will be sacrificed.
- Payment must be made in full before I start, unless decided otherwise.
- Commission will only start after payment has been received. The payment includes one adjustment after sketch was sent and one minor adjustment after progress picture was sent. Any additional adjustments after this will come with extra cost.
- For commissions over 100 EUR, I accept partial payments.
- I do not accept any form of crypto-currency and I do not allow my art, to be turned into NFTs or for commercial use. If it happens, the client will be black-listed.

- Procedure -

1. CONTACT: When asking me for a commission, please add to the email you're sending what you wish in detail. I'll tell you if I'll accept it or not after that. If you're able to, please add reference sheets or photo's of the persons / characters or overall 'theme' of the illustration. Please tell me in advance what format you would like to have the end result and if you wish to use it for printing or not. (i.e. Size, Format (A4?), Vertical (Portrait), Horizontal (Landscape) etc.)2. PAYMENT: After I accept your commission, I'll price it and proceed with payment; I can provide receipts (Hardcopy in ETH, digital for EU). Payment is expected within 3 days unless stated otherwise. I will start working when the full payment is made.3. SKETCH PHASE: A sketch of your commission will be sent to you. At this stage, you can tell me what I need to change.4. COLORS: Once I have your approval, I will move to colors. Base colors may be discussed and tweaked. Final versions can only be modified if I made some mistakes/missed something you made clear. I will not change pictures after you have approved of them, so please make sure everything is up to your standards.5. FINAL FILE: The concluded file(s) will be sent to you once everything has been approved. From this point on, I will not change the picture any further. I will not provide PSD files.Regarding private commissions, while I still hold full right to display the work, I will gladly keep them private for as long as you want them to be. You need to tell me upfront, however; if no notice was given, I will post the art and am under no obligation to delete it.

- Communication & Refunds -

I am not online 24/7, I have multiple part-time jobs, and I might miss emails or private notes. If there is no contact within 3-5 days, please re-send the email to [email protected] .You are welcome to contact me at any stage of your commission, or if you have any questions, or these is any issue you would like to discuss.If a client stops responding, I will contact them through all the contact options provided by the client. If there is no contact after 1 month, the work will be cancelled and the commission will be dropped.Refunds:
As the artist, I can cancel and refund a commission at any time. If I cancel a commission, the refund will be made in full, regardless of how much progress I have made.
You may not ask for a refund after payment is made, except when:- Commissions that were not yet started and the client wants a refund or stopped responding, I will refund 50% of total value and may blacklist the client.
- Commissions I have started, there will be no refund, regardless if the client asks or stopped responding. No refund will be available in this situation.
- Unexplained and unfair chargebacks will be met with blacklisting, an Artists Beware post, and blocking.

- Copyright -

I, the artist, hold full copyright of the picture itself. When commissioning me, the fee you pay grants you a custom-made illustration, not the copyrights to the work; the art work is mine, the character is yours - you paid so I would draw a picture of your character, not for having a picture that belonged to you.
As such, I have the right to use the artwork to promote myself, display it in any way I like and post it anywhere I want. If I see fit, I may find some art unsuitable to be displayed (I will always let you know upfront if it’s the case).
As the commissioner, you have the right to use the work for personal use only unless agreed otherwise, print the art, and use the picture to promote yourself and your characters. You CANNOT take credit for the creation, claim the art is yours, delete the signature or alter the work without my consent.
